What you can audit as an Admin

Task Activity

Created/updated tasks, status changes, approvals, rejections, and comments.

Submission Audit

Pending/approved/rejected submissions with approver identity and timestamps.

Analytics

Top-level statistics and trend charts to detect bottlenecks.

Using the Statistics tab

Admins can use the charts to answer questions like:

  • Are approvals piling up?
  • Are submissions steady week-to-week?
  • Are we completing tasks faster than we create them?

Use the date-range selector to change the time window shown by charts.

Auditing task history

Task history is grouped by task and expandable into a full timeline.

Look for:

  • Frequent reassignment or unclear ownership
  • Long gaps between status changes
  • Repeated rejection cycles (signals unclear requirements)

Auditing submission history

Daily submission history provides a full audit trail:

  • Submitter and work date
  • Submitted timestamp
  • Status (pending/approved/rejected)
  • Rejection reason (when applicable)
  • Approver identity and approval timestamp (when applicable)
  • Tokens granted (if enabled and approved)

Exporting data (Admin scope)

Admins can export the current view from Task History and Daily Submission History.

  1. Apply the filters you care about (status filters and “Last N” limits).
  2. Open the Export menu.
  3. Choose CSV or JSON.

Why “current view” matters

The export respects your current limits and filters, which helps you produce focused audit reports without leaking unnecessary data.
