Integration Operations

Current integration availability

Jira

Available now. Connect Jira Cloud so projects/issues can be synced and referenced in workflows.

Slack

Coming soon. Notification delivery into channels.

Notion

Coming soon. Documentation sync and richer project knowledge workflows.

Connecting Jira

  1. Open the Integrations screen.
  2. In the Jira card, click Connect Jira.
  3. Complete the Atlassian authorization flow.
  4. Return to StartupMode and wait for the success confirmation.

After connecting

Once Jira is connected, the Jira card shows:

  • Site/base URL
  • Connected date
  • A View Tasks button when projects can be fetched

Troubleshooting checklist

  • If connection finalization fails, retry the connect flow.
  • If View Tasks doesn’t appear, your organization may need to complete the Jira connection. Contact your technical contact or StartupMode support.

Security

Integration credentials are stored securely. Treat them as confidential and rotate them if you suspect they have been exposed.
