All Tasks

The All Tasks dashboard is your command center for managing the workload of the entire organization. It provides a high-level, aggregated view of every task created, allowing leadership to monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and ensure high-priority items are being addressed.

To access the dashboard, navigate to Organization > All Tasks.

Task Statistics

At the top of the dashboard, four real-time metric cards give you an immediate pulse on the organization’s productivity and current workload:

Total Tasks

The all-time count of every task created within the organization, providing a sense of historical volume.

Open Tasks

The number of tasks currently in progress or pending. This helps gauge the immediate active workload of the team.

Completed

The total number of finished tasks, serving as a quick metric for overall team velocity and success.

High Priority

The count of open tasks marked as HIGH or URGENT. This is your immediate attention indicator for critical issues.

Below the statistics, the Filters section allows you to filter the organization’s tasks to find exactly what you need.

  • Search: Instantly filter the task list by typing keywords from the task title or the assignee’s name/email.
  • Status Filter: Narrow down tasks by their current lifecycle stage:
    • To Do
    • In Progress
    • In Review
    • Blocked
    • Completed
  • Priority Filter: Focus on tasks based on their urgency:
    • Low
    • Medium
    • High
    • Urgent

Tasks Overview Table

The core of the dashboard is the Tasks Overview table, which presents a clean, sortable ledger of the filtered results.

For every task, you can quickly review:

  • Task Title & Description: The primary objective, with a quick preview of the description.
  • Assignee: The team member responsible for the work.
  • Status: Visual badges indicating the current state of the task.
  • Priority: Color-coded badges (e.g., Red for Urgent, Orange for High) to immediately draw the eye to critical items.
  • Created & Due Dates: Timestamps to help you track task aging and upcoming deadlines.

Management Tip

Use the Status filter to isolate tasks marked as Blocked or In Review. This allows admins to quickly unblock team members or approve completed work, keeping the organization’s momentum high.
