Tokens Distributed (7d): Tokens awarded in the last seven days (if enabled).
Reviewing Timesheets
Open the Timesheets Queue tab to process daily submissions.
Each submission card includes:
Work context: Jira issue key(s) when tagged, or a “Daily Timesheet” label.
Submitter: The team member who submitted the work.
Time spent: Total duration logged.
Work description: A short preview. If the description is long, a View full description action opens a dialog.
Approve or Reject
Use the action buttons at the bottom of each card:
Approve: Accepts the submission.
Reject: Prompts for a rejection reason, then confirms the rejection.
Best practice for rejections
Include a clear rejection reason (e.g., missing Jira key, unclear description, wrong date range). This reduces back-and-forth and helps the member resubmit correctly.
Reviewing Admin Tasks
Open the Admin Tasks tab to review tasks marked complete.
Each task card includes:
Task title and assignee.
Priority indicator.
Optional estimated hours and due date when provided.
Description preview with the ability to open the full description.
Approval and rejection behavior mirrors Timesheets:
Approve confirms the completion.
Reject requests a written reason, then records the decision.
Activity Logs (Collapsible)
At the bottom of the page, two collapsible panels provide quick access to recent review history:
Admin Task Review Log: The most recent admin task approvals/rejections.
Daily Timesheet Log: The most recent timesheet submissions and their statuses.
These logs are designed to give you fast visibility without leaving the Review Center. Use Full History when you need the complete record.
