Timesheets
Timesheets are represented as submissions created by members and reviewed by admins.
Member workflow
- Submit a timesheet entry:
/member/timesheet - Track your submissions:
/member/submissions
Each submission includes:
- Jira issue key + summary
- Time spent (seconds)
- Date started / submitted
- Status (PENDING, APPROVED, REJECTED)
Admin workflow
- Review pending submissions:
/org/timesheets - Approve or reject with optional comments
Token rewards (optional)
If token gamification is enabled, approvals can award tokens based on organization settings.
Important rule (by design): tokens are typically awarded once per day for timesheet approvals (to prevent farming).
