Token Analytics
The Token Analytics dashboard provides a real-time, data-driven view of your team’s engagement and productivity. By visualizing how tokens are earned and distributed, leadership can identify top performers, monitor platform adoption, and ensure the gamification system is effectively motivating the organization.
To view these insights, navigate to Organization > Token Analytics.
Your Performance
If personal ranking is enabled in your organization’s settings, the dashboard greets you with a personalized summary of your own standing.
- Your Rank: See exactly where you stand on the organizational leaderboard (e.g., #3 out of 25 members).
- Tokens Earned: Your total accumulated balance of the organization’s custom token.
- Percentile: A quick metric showing your performance tier (e.g., “Top 12% performer”).
Organization Statistics
At a glance, leadership can monitor the macro-health of the token economy through four key metrics:
Active Members
The number of team members who have earned at least one token, compared against the total headcount. This includes a visual progress bar indicating platform adoption.
Average per Member
The mean token balance across all active participants, helping you establish a baseline for “normal” performance.
Supply Remaining
The number of tokens left in the organization’s total supply pool, ensuring you can plan for future distributions or token minting events.
The Leaderboard
The Top Performers Leaderboard is the competitive heart of the analytics page.
It ranks members based on their total tokens earned. The top three performers are highlighted with distinct visual badges (Gold, Silver, and Bronze crowns/medals) to celebrate their contributions. This section is crucial for identifying which team members are consistently logging tasks, submitting timesheets, and driving the project forward.
Distribution & Engagement
To ensure the gamification system is healthy, the dashboard provides deep dives into distribution mechanics and team participation.
Token Distribution
A visual breakdown of your organization’s token economy:
- Distributed vs. Remaining: Progress bars illustrating how much of the total token supply has been injected into the team versus what is held in reserve.
- Total Supply: The hard cap of tokens available for the organization.
Member Engagement
Metrics focused purely on human participation:
- Active vs. Total Members: A clear ratio of who is participating in the gamified system.
- Participation Rate: A percentage score (e.g., 85%) indicating how widely adopted the token system is across your workforce.
- Average per Active: The average token count specifically among users who are actively participating, filtering out dormant accounts.
Leadership Action
Use these analytics to identify your top performers and celebrate them in team meetings. If participation rates are low, consider adjusting your Token Gamification settings to offer higher rewards or bonus multipliers!
