The Token Analytics dashboard provides a real-time, data-driven view of your team’s engagement and productivity. By visualizing how tokens are earned and distributed, leadership can identify top performers, monitor platform adoption, and ensure the gamification system is effectively motivating the organization.
To view these insights, navigate to Organization > Token Analytics.
If personal ranking is enabled in your organization’s settings, the dashboard greets you with a personalized summary of your own standing.
At a glance, leadership can monitor the macro-health of the token economy through four key metrics:
Total Distributed
The absolute number of tokens that have been successfully awarded to team members since the system was activated.
Active Members
The number of team members who have earned at least one token, compared against the total headcount. This includes a visual progress bar indicating platform adoption.
Average per Member
The mean token balance across all active participants, helping you establish a baseline for “normal” performance.
Supply Remaining
The number of tokens left in the organization’s total supply pool, ensuring you can plan for future distributions or token minting events.
The Top Performers Leaderboard is the competitive heart of the analytics page.
It ranks members based on their total tokens earned. The top three performers are highlighted with distinct visual badges (Gold, Silver, and Bronze crowns/medals) to celebrate their contributions. This section is crucial for identifying which team members are consistently logging tasks, submitting timesheets, and driving the project forward.
To ensure the gamification system is healthy, the dashboard provides deep dives into distribution mechanics and team participation.
