Email (SMTP / Resend)

StartupMode sends authentication emails (verification, password reset) via SMTP. Your organization’s email delivery is configured by your administrator or by StartupMode.

What you need to know

  • As a user: You’ll receive sign-up and password-reset emails from the address your organization has set. If you don’t receive them, check spam or ask your admin.
  • As an admin: Email sending (SMTP or a provider like Resend) is set up for your organization by your technical contact or StartupMode. If you need to change the sender name or fix delivery issues, contact your administrator or StartupMode support.

There are no settings for email on the Integrations page; it is configured separately. For help enabling or changing email delivery, contact your administrator or support.
