Understanding the share counts

• Vested: shares you have earned based on your role(s) and tenure.
• Issued: shares already formalized via a share certificate.
• Available: vested shares not yet issued.

• pool utilization (issued vs remaining)
• authorized shares and pool sizing
• projected valuation and price-per-share (when provided)

Certificates and PDF downloads

When a certificate is issued, it appears in the Certificates table.

1. Find the certificate row.
2. Click PDF to download the official document.

How vesting and issuance works

• Before the cliff: no shares vest.
• After the cliff: shares accrue monthly.
• Issuance is a manual admin action: shares leave the pool only when a certificate is created.
