Member Overview

Member onboarding

Members join an organization first, then gain access once an Admin approves the join request.

  1. Sign up or sign in.
  2. Find your organization (or enter an invite code).
  3. Submit a join request.
  4. Wait for approval.
  5. Start working in the Member Workspace.

My Dashboard

Your daily overview: tasks, timesheet stats, upcoming deadlines, and quick actions.

Tokens and Rewards

Token analytics, leaderboards, and personal performance (only if enabled by your org).

Tasks from Admin

Your assigned tasks, status updates, and task discussions.

Daily Timesheet

Submit your daily entry with optional Jira links.

My Equity

Vesting progress, ESOP context, and downloadable certificates (if issued).

My Submissions

Track submission status (pending/approved/rejected) and view Jira links.

Jira Tasks

Appears only when Jira is connected for your organization.

What members can and cannot change

  • Members can update task status for tasks assigned to them.
  • Members cannot create tasks, reassign work, or change token/equity rules.
