Super Admin (Founder) Flow

As a Founder (Super Admin), or a trusted Admin, your job is to build the structure your team will work within.

  1. Create your Organization & Activate

    • Sign Up: Use Sign in with Google to create your account instantly.
    • Name It: Give your Organization a name.
    • Activate Plan: Complete the payment to unlock your workspace.
  2. Setup Company Profile (MANDATORY)

    Step 1: The Foundation

    Before you do anything else, you must configure your Company Profile. This is the legal and mathematical bedrock for your equity pool and team offers. You cannot effectively use the equity features without this.

  3. Assign Tasks & Manage Work StartupMode comes with a powerful internal project management system right out of the box—no external tools required.

    • Create Tasks: Simply go to the Tasks page to create new items, set deadlines, and assign them.
    • Track Progress: Move tasks through statuses (Todo → In Review → Done).
    • Note: If you prefer Jira, you can enable it later in the Integrations tab.
  4. Build Your Team

    • Invite Members: Share the Invite Link with your team.
    • Assign Roles: When they join, you can approve them in the Members section.
  5. Turn on Gamification

    • Go to Token Settings.
    • Enable the token system to start rewarding work automatically.
    • Configure the rules (e.g., how many tokens for completing a task?).
  6. Manage & Review

    • Timesheets: Go to the Timesheets page to approve logged hours.
    • Tasks: Keep the board moving by reviewing “In Progress” work.

Stay Connected

Look for the Notifications Bell in the top right of your dashboard. You’ll see alerts for:

  • New Task Assigned
  • Work Approved (Timesheets & Tasks)
  • Rewards Earned
  • Equity Updates & Milestones
